The modern space with unobstructed harbour views complements the fresh fish on the menu, mostly shipped from France. Classics like seafood platter, raw oysters, and sole meunière are served alongside creative offerings. Each dish looks as good as it tastes, presented in homey ceramic cook pots or on hand-illustrated china made by Belgian ceramicist Pieter Stockmans.

Owner-chef Vicky Lau is now very much at home here in Sheung Wan, where she tells edible stories with her multi-course menu that exudes feminine delicacy and sophistication. Each dish is an ode to an ingredient, mostly locally sourced, with occasional exceptions such as Breton lobsters, all served in a beautiful setting.

A champion of New Nordic cuisine that combines Swedish cool, a hip neighbourhood vibe, great service and deliciously innovative food. Head chef Jim Lofdahl has brought a few signature dishes from Sweden to the Hong Kong outpost, but much on offer is his own creation. Diners are encouraged to order a couple of bite-size snacks each, then share dishes from the starter, main and dessert section.

T’ang Court at The Langham, has been awarded the coveted Three Michelin Stars for the fourth year in a row, one of only five Cantonese restaurants in the world to achieve this accolade. The two-story dining room, plushly carpeted and draped in shades of burgundy and gold, is meant to evoke imperial China, specifically the Tang Dynasty, from which the establishment gets its name
